If you come up with the new Frisco arena football team nickname, you could win season tickets and be honored so graciously in April 2007 at the Dr Pepper Star Center - home of the Frisco Whatevers.
Apparently, you have to use an official entry form which may only be found in the Frisco Enterprise and then you have to drop it off at a Texans Credit Union, which sponsors a lot of the Frisco sporting people up there. If you're just sitting around the house drinking a beer and come up with the best damn name in the world - er wait. Let's say you are a smart beaver who likes sports and has a creative mind and can express himself accordingly, like the photo here illustrates, and come up with the best damn name in the world, but you can't drive or don't know anyone who would drive a beaver to a credit union, then you, my friend, are screwed.

Laurie Anderson Laurie Anderson is indescribably delicious. She's hitting McFarlin tonight with her new show, Homeland, and you can bet it will contain intellectual stimulation and pure unadulterated weirdness in equal measure. An album will follow the Homeland tour in 2009. More info
