Despite Reports, Anthony Ferraro Says Eaton Lake Tonics Have Not Disbanded
Starting a new "chapter"
Last week, based on a report on The Fine Line we reported that local indie-pop group Eaton Lake Tonics was breaking up. That information was confirmed by band member Pat Adams.
However, we just got an email from member Anthony Domenic Ferraro saying not so fast--
no no no, EATON LAKE TONICS HAVE NOT DISBANDED or broken up!
this is extremely important!
it's just Anthony Domenic Ferraro and a rotating cast of members.
please fix this. it's causing a lot of drama.

And he gives some more detail on The Fine Line:
Eaton Lake Tonics DID NOT break-up. The episode of ELT you knew isn’t a permanent outfit anymore. Another chapter has been merely completed.
Eaton Lake Tonics is an evolving and revolving project. Patrick and Jonathan were a great and treasured part of what made us what we WERE. Remember, there were members before them and there will be members after.
Remember what Del said, "Music is there without you or me, we just manipulate..."

i just dont want anyone to be confused here. if you happen to find yourself heading out to an eaton lake tonics show just know that you will not see what you have seen for the past year. you will not see the entity that has had numerous amounts of critical praise, and positive write ups about their live performances. the image that lives on is now and apparently will always be singlular. it will no longer be a band, but a person. thank you for all the support, but to me eaton lake tonics as i knew it is disbanded. -Pat Adams
