Election Interview: Lewisville City Council candidate Leroy Vaughn
Last week, Leroy Vaughn stopped by the Pegasus News offices for an interview with Teresa Gubbins. Vaughn is running for a seat on the Lewisville City Council. During the interview, the following was discussed:
