Pegasus: What is the one greatest thing that the Forest Hill City Council has achieved in the past year?
Brookins: Hired a new city manager with a vision on how to improve our economy in our city.
Pegasus: What is the single biggest improvement that the Forest Hill City Council needs?
Brookins: Economic development. With economic development we can lower our taxes, repair our infrastructure and streets and have entertainment and employment for our youth.
Pegasus: What is the toughest problem that you have ever solved?
Brookins: The toughest problem that I have ever solved is bringing all the entities in the city to work as one on a single project.
Pegasus: If you are elected and can only achieve ONE quantifiable thing in your term, what would it be?
Brookins: Bring in retail development so our citizens can finally get a tax break.
