North Richland Hills to consider nixing library fines for veterans
. . . by giving him free books.
Next Thursday at 6:00 pm, the North Richland Hills Library Board will discuss whether or not to allow veterans to be exempted from library fines.
The request was submitted by an unnamed citizen, possibly an older man who forgot to return his book to the library prior to being shipped to 'Nam.
The meeting will be conducted in the Library Board Room, located at 6720 NE Loop 820, North Richland Hills. The full meeting agenda is available online.
