Just a friendly warning: the NCPA might want to get that agreement with Fox in writing
JT USA is the title sponsor of the eighth annual 2007 College Paintball National Championships and the inaugural High School Paintball National Championships, which will take place at Xdrenalin Zone Paintball on Lake Grapevine near Dallas. The competition will feature teams from about 50 institutions.
Paintball is America's fastest growing sport, with approximately 10.4 million people participating annually, including clubs and teams at more than 300 colleges, and it is the No. 1 team extreme sport.
Fox College Sports will broadcast the championships this summer on its national digital cable networks as well as in 91 territories throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East via Fox Sports International.
"The growth of the College Paintball National Championship and the creation of the inaugural High School Paintball Championship is validation that our sport is becoming more and more mainstream," Raehl said. "Combine a paintball industry leader like JT USA with the reach of Fox College Sports and Fox Sports International, and I believe we are making a significant leap forward for our sport."
