Cedar Hill to host “Meet Your Candidates Night” on Monday
Exercise your democratic freedoms!
On Monday, April 23, 2007, the High Pointe Public Improvement District #1 will host a "Meet Your Candidates Night".
All Cedar Hill residents are welcome to attend. Candidates for both the upcoming City Council as well as Cedar Hill School Board elections will take a little time out of their night to express their goals and objectives for the community, including:
City Council
- Rob Franke, incumbent Mayor, unopposed.
- Wade Emmert, Place #3 incumbent, unopposed
- Makia Epie, Place #5 incumbent
- Valerie Banks, Place #5 challenger
- Wirt “Stoney” Jackson, Place #5 challenger
- Jason Russell, Place #5 challenger
School Board
- Terrel “T” Nemons, Place #1 incumbent
- James Charles, Place #1 challenger
- Amy Allen, Place #2 incumbent, unopposed
The meeting will be open to any and all interested citizens.
