Two Arlington mobile homes ruled too dangerous by Judge
Municipal Judge Stewart Milner has ruled two mobile homes in Southeast Arlington dangerously unfit for living in. The homes, owned separately by a mother and daughter, have more than $35,000 worth of repairs necessary to bring them up to code. In the daughter's case, the cost of repairs are more than the appraised value of her home. Judge Milner has given them 30 days to either fix things up or move out.
The women say that they do not have enough money to make the repairs and will be forced to live in tents if they can't live in the mobile homes.
