Aside from traditional "turn-and-cough" procedures, physicians will also be checking to ensure your kid has the appropriate number of arms.
Grapevine-Colleyville ISD would like to remind you:
All students interested in athletics, cheerleading or drill team must have a current physical. UIL requires that a GCISD Athletic Participation Release and Medical History form be on file with the District before a student is allowed to participate.
This form must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and students, as well as signed by a physician, physician's assistant, registered nurse or doctor of Chiropractic.
Physicals will be offered at high schools in May this year instead of during the summer months as has been done in the past. Students may have their physicals done at either school OR by any physician, physician's assistant, registered nurse or doctor of Chiropractic.
The cost is $20.
