Dallas Baptist University announces student government election results
Neckwear on guys: discuss.
Here's a link to the results of student government elections held at Dallas Baptist University recently. Pretty cool, because in addition to the expected posting of the winners' names, there's also a picture gallery, allowing us to see that - without exception - these young men and women are happy to have been elected to their posts.
How can I tell? Why, because they're SMILIN', of course! None a' this "Oh, crap, I only ran because my roommate goaded me into it and now I've actually WON the dang thing!" stuff; nope, from president on down through the ranks of student senators these kids appear anxious to serve.
Interestingly (?), seven out of the twenty student reps pictured are sporting neckwear of some variety in their portrait, and three of those seven are guys. Check it out.
