April 23 - Coats Questions Oakley's Gentrification Plans
There is a third release of interest titled Coats Backs Trinity Vote Referendum from April 17.

I'm glad someone is calling Oakley on whether it is ethical for him to be Chair of the Trinity River Project Committee when he owns tracts of land that would be affected by the project - and make him large profits. Looks like a clear conflict of interest to me.
