Updated: Skyline athletes handed citations for shoplifting, suspended from track team
The citations given were Class C misdemeanors.
On Thursday, four people were for shoplifting at Hillsboro's mall. According to a parent, the girls were members of the track team.
The team won its sixth consecutive regional title over the weekend.
Updated: The four girls were suspended from the team, and at least two of them qualified for the State meet.
