Addison-based Boo Koo Beverages goes public

Looks like someone didn't drink their BooKoo
ADDISON — According to a story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears Addison-based energy drink maker Boo Koo Beverages will become a public company as a result of a merger with Colorado-based Captech Financial Group.
Boo Koo will officially change its name to Boo Koo Holdings Inc., and retain its executives.
