Aurora’s Avner and Celeste Samuels blog about their trip to Europe

Aurora co-owners Avner and Celeste Samuels went to Europe for their annual idea-gathering trip (must be nice) which included a caviar feast in Paris, a visit to a villa in Nice, a meal on a high-speed train, and a dinner in Monte Carlo with famed chef Joel Robuchon. But for the first time, they kept a blog, with photos of some the food they ate and ruminations from Celeste. They're back in Dallas and Aurora is cooking again.
