Richardson-based Stream acquires contact center in Ireland

In addition to excellent service, Stream's customers will now enjoy the granting of three wishes
RICHARDSON Stream, a leading global outsourcing company, has announced the acquisition of the Dublin, Ireland-based contact center operation of Zomax, a media and supply chain solutions company.
"This acquisition offers great opportunities for Stream, its clients and its employees in Dublin," said Harry Jackson, Stream's senior vice president EMEA operations. "The 420-seat facility provides an excellent infrastructure to allow for Stream's continued expansion plans."
The site, located in Santry, will become Stream's third site in Dublin. The new location will provide multilingual support for clients throughout Europe.
With the acquisition of this latest Dublin site, Stream's global reach now includes 29 sites in 16 countries.
