SEC files lawsuit against Irving-based Inter Global Technologies
IRVING The SEC has filed a lawsuit against Michael Tomayko and Irving-based Inter Global Technologies for bilking 900 domestic and foreign investors by selling them $14.5 million worth of bogus securities. Tomayko, who promised investors that they'd get returns of 100% from oil refineries in Indonesia, claimed that his financing sources were "a financial windfall from letters of credit," "a vault filled with gold bullion and guarded by tribal elders," and "the largess of the Saudi royal family."
