Yeah, he's robbing banks but at least he's fancy. Or he was.
The robber is described as a black male, 6' tall and 165 lbs. The latest robbery of Wachovia Bank at S.W. Green Oaks Boulevard and Matlock Road on Wednesday late morning is believed to be the third in a string of Arlington Bank robberies. In this incident he reportedly opted for a black baseball cap and neon green vest, possibly to look like a construction worker. In the two previous robberies he donned a wig, women's clothing, and a purse.
Hey, it's not a purse, it's European!

The Wachovia is at I-20 & Matlock, not SW Green Oaks.
Great description, I'll be sure and keep an eye out for a black male.
