TxDOT’s list of structurally deficient bridges includes two in Dallas
DALLAS In the aftermath of the August 1 bridge accident in Minneapolis, Texas' Department of Transportation released a report pin-pointing bad bridges in Texas; two low-rated bridges are located in high-traffic parts of Dallas, including two over the Trinity River.

Nathan, there is a 92 page report, in PDF format, at the link provided in the Pegasus summary, above. That same report can be obtained at the link, below, but you will need Adobe's free reader, if you don't have it installed.

i tried to sift through the report last night to determine the two bridges in Dallas. it appeared that the "two" bridges they referenced were both Sylvan Avenue: one being the South Levee over the Trinity River, the other being the North Levee. i called TxDOT today to confirm, but their media folk are preoccupied with the <a href="http://www.pegasusnews.com/blogs/pegasusnewsblog/2007/aug/15/erin-rice-kill-you/">hurricane</a>...
