Buckingham Square in Richardson acquired by Baltimore company

RICHARDSON Phillips Edison & Company, a retail real estate owner, manager and developer, announced the purchase of Buckingham Square Shopping Center.
Located in Richardson, Texas, Buckingham Square is a 64,753 square foot community shopping center with tenants such as Dollar General and Poncho & Lefty's Restaurant.
Lyn Harper, Acquisitions Officer for Phillips Edison said: "Buckingham Square represents our 4th acquisition in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We look forward to improving the appearance and occupancy of this Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market shadow-anchored center."
Phillips Edison & Company, with offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Cincinnati, Ohio and Salt Lake City, Utah, owns and manages 205 neighborhood and community shopping centers totaling over 23 million square feet in 33 states.
