Cedar Valley College announces fall 2007 production

Cedar Valley College's Family Music Theatre has just announced their fall 2007 show entitled Family Reunion which will be a Musical Revue re-enacting highlights from their 15 year history of top-quality, family friendly entertainment. Family Reunion will also mark Family Music Theatre's 35th production.

The show will feature a large, strong singing chorus, and a strong dancing ensemble for recreating some of the highlights of the best song/dance chorus numbers from previous years such as "The Social Dance" from Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, "Madame Guillotine" from The Scarlet Pimpernel, "Tradition" from Fiddler on the Roof, "Camelot Finale", "Oklahoma", "Megamix" from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and "Sail On" from Titanic.

It will also feature a strong singing/dancing ensemble of children for numbers like "Do Re Mi" & "So Long Farewell" from The Sound of Music, "Hard Knock Life" from Annie. Special guests will also be contacted for cameo reprises of solo/special numbers.

The show will be performed in the CVC Performance Hall and runs October 12 through October 27, 2007, with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday matinees at 1:30 p.m.
