Defendant Jose Alberto Felix testified on Thursday that a third man was involved in the abduction and murder of restaurateur Oscar Sanchez. Felix is one of two defendants currently in the case and is claiming that he never saw the third man's face because he wore a mask the entire time. According to testimony, the one-armed man, I mean, the third man, helped to dispose of Mr. Sanchez's body after his shooting death.
On January 18, 2005, Mr. Sanchez was abducted after getting in a small motor vehicle accident, which led to his murder.
