Dallas community leaders and parents announce campaign against cheese heroin
DALLAS — Community leaders and parents from the Dallas Independent School District met on Sunday at Thomas Jefferson High School to announce a campaign against cheese heroin. A local grass-roots group called Accion America is spearheading the new campaign with DISD parent councils and city departments.
