Dallas community leaders and parents announce campaign against cheese heroin
DALLAS Community leaders and parents from the Dallas Independent School District met on Sunday at Thomas Jefferson High School to announce a campaign against cheese heroin. A local grass-roots group called Accion America is spearheading the new campaign with DISD parent councils and city departments.
