Copper thieves hit AT&T lines in southeast Dallas
DALLAS More copper thefts -- this time stolen from phone lines in the 9600 block of Rylie Road. About 450 homes did not have emergency service on Sunday. Sure hope they didn't have any robbers breaking in. Meanwhile, these copper thieves know not what they are doing if they're daring to mess with AT&T, which is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for the arrest and conviction of the people responsible.
