— The Richardson Hotel was bought by Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group, which plans to convert the 17-story 342-room hotel on Campbell Road at US 75 into a Hyatt Regency, and will spend $6.4 million to do so. This hotel is kindof a stepchild, having changed hands a number of times in the past few years.
