DALLAS Critically-lauded restaurant York Street will host a wine dinner "curated" by Richard Betts, the winemaker, master sommelier, and wine director for The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado on Thursday, December 6th.
Betts will present the wines of Betts & Scholl, an exciting portfolio of hand-crafted wines that covers the global spectrum -- from Barossa Valley Grenache and Shiraz to Crozes-Hermitage, both blanc and rouge, from the Northern Rhone. It's a total of seven wines paired with seven courses. Seven brides for seven brothers!
Dinner begins @ 7:30 p.m. and it's $150 per person plus tax and tip. Call Fana for reservations at 214-826-0968.
