Irving upset over DART’s possible orange line delays
DART says the orange line will cost twice as much as originally projected.
The Irving City Council vocalized their discontent with DART's announcement that the orange line may be delayed and/or scaled back due to rising costs. Apparently the original cost projections were flawed, causing DART to miss the projected mark by $900 million.

Montgomery Sutton, says:
This is a huge problem. We can't afford to lose, or have a major delay, on the Orange line or the second downtown line. Too bad that we can't afford to get them on time, either.
Bigwigs, anybody feeling philanthropic? Please?
