Three Fort Worth high schools giving students a graffiti outlet

0

Three Fort Worth high schools, Carter-Riverside, Diamond Hill, and North Side, are teaming up to take a unique angle to try and cut down on graffiti tagging by giving students a wall at the school on which to create a graffiti art mural. Teachers hope to show that graffiti can be art rather than just vandalism.

Hmm, sure seems like a more interesting approach than Farmers Branch's passive camera, no?
