Kansas art professor speechifies on ceramics at University of Dallas and Collin County Community College

Linda Ganstrom, professor of art at Fort Hays State University, recently traveled to the Dallas area to deliver two lectures about her ceramic works "Finding My Voice in Clay," at the University of Dallas.

She also spoke on her exhibit at Collin County Community College in Plano, where she demonstrated working the pressmolds she uses to create her figurative sculptures.

The Collin College exhibit, "Fired Forms: Figures, Objects and Abstracts," featured Ganstrom's works along with seven other notable ceramic artists.
