DALLAS TM Advertising, formerly known as Temerlin McClain, is relocating its offices from Las Colinas to downtown Dallas. They'll take their 340 employees to four floors in Comerica Bank Tower at 1717 Main St. on January 2.
The move represents a big yes vote to Dallas' Central Business District and reveals the agency to be forward-thinking and clever for moving there. That said, the president of the agency cites the creative benefits of "bumping into folks," "friction", "rubbing up against each other", and "running into people," so keep that in mind when you're down in that area.
