City of Carrollton to hold job fair Dec. 18
Attendees should come prepared to talk to hiring managers and supervisors.
CARROLLTON The city of Carrollton will hold a job fair Tuesday, Dec. 18 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Carrollton Senior Center, 1720 Keller Springs Road.
The job fair is being held to fill municipal government full-time, part-time and seasonal positions. Attendees should come prepared to talk to hiring managers and supervisors. Interviews may be held at the event.
“Although it has become increasingly difficult to fill positions, the city is confident that there are great applicants in the community who can help us meet our employment needs,” said Chrystal Jeter, Workforce Services Manager. “We are taking a proactive approach to fill seasonal positions at this job fair by holding it during Christmas break when many people are off for the holidays or home from school.”
The city requires all employees to be 16 years of age. For more information, contact Workforce Services at 972-466-3090 or visit cityofcarrollton.com/jobs.
