The Phantom lives - in Southlake Carroll High School stage production
Turns out the haunted chandelier in this first-ever high school production of The Phantom of the Opera took on a life of its own (while "acting" the role of a chandelier taking on a life of its own) on opening night, leading to fears that the production would have to be canceled. With the Southlake Carroll High School production team preparing to pull the plug on the evening's performance, the possibly haunted computer interface kicked the massive (and essential) prop into gear and saved the day (er, night). Quite a dramatic beginning.
