Dallas Baptist University offers Christmas campus tours
... now with cookies!
The grounds of the Dallas Baptist University occupy one of those locally rare hillside settings, with a view overlooking Mountain Creek Lake. During the Christmas season, they're offering tours of the seasonally-decked-out campus, featuring the usual wreaths and garlands and a nativity scene.
Better yet, your admissions counselor hosted tour (should you decide to sign up for one) comes complete with hot chocolate and cookies. Now, there's an incentive for prospective students if I've ever heard of one.
Opportunities for visiting the campus are available both immediately before and after Christmas on the schedule indicated. (Oh, and if you know just where to look - hint: roadcut - you might also be lucky enough to pick up a fossil shark tooth or two...)
