Cheese” arrests falling at Dallas ISD schools

Dallas ISD police say that they have only arrested 15 students through November in connection with "cheese" heroin, a steep drop from the 71 students who were arrested last year in the same time period. Police say the drop in arrests most likely stems from an education initiative they put into place that taught students, teachers, and parents about the dangers of the drugs and how to tell if somebody was using it.
