If you haven't seen the spectacle that is "Living Black & White" then you are definitely missing out on some great theater. For quite a few years, Pegasus Theatre has been presenting these parodies of detective films of the 1930’s and 40’s where everything on stage looks as if you are watching an old black & white film. Full Moon Murders is the newest comedy murder-mystery following the adventures of Harry Hunsacker, a would-be actor turned would-be detective.
John Creighton lives with a curse on his head—a curse that will transform him into a werewolf during the first full moon after his 30th birthday. When bodies start turning up near his home he fears the worst. Is he doomed by his family name or is there something even more sinister afoot? It’s up to would-be actor turned would-be detective Harry Hunsacker and his paid-by-the-hour assistant Nigel Grouse (along with Lt. Foster of the real police) to get to the truth.
Directed by Susan Sargeant, Kurt Kleinmann returns as Harry Hunsacker in this production at the Eisemann Center in Richardson. The cast also features Raymond Banda, Josh Glover, Todd Haberkorn, Tim Honnoll, Greg Pugh, Mike Schraeder, Ben Schroth, Carrie Slaughter, and Laura Yancey. Rodney Dobbs designs the set, Sam Nance is the lighting designer, and Aaron Patrick Turner will design the costumes.
Previews take place on Saturday, December 29 and Sunday, December 30 for only $10-20. There will be a special New Year's Eve Performance with Black & White party favors, live entertainment, champagne and dessert after the show, and a toast to the New Year with the cast and crew on December 31, 2007 for $75. The show officially opens January 3. Purchase tickets online or by calling 972-744-4650.

Karaoke Oh yeah, you know you wanna belt it out like you're alone in the car. The microphone beckons. What else do you have to do on a Monday night? I mean besides watching football? If this is a bit far from your neighborhood, don't worry. There is a karaoke machine near you just waiting. More info
