Allen boy lets Wii controller fly, breaking TV
Will White, 9, of Allen was bowling with his brand new Wii when, in the anticipation of making a strike, the Wii-mote flew out of his hands and cracked their family television set. The White family warns other Wii owners to tighten that wristband, or they will be taking out the trash for a very long time.

Peter Stawicki says:
This has been a common occurance since the Wii units began coming out earier this year. While I'm not for the nanny state type of Warning Labels - It might be nice for the retailers or maufacturers to slap a warning on the box ("May break your 2000 dollar brand new flat screen plasma TV") and avoid what I can see as oncoming lawsuits in this sue happy society.
