Dallas Observer hires new editor
DALLAS — The Dallas Observer has hired Mark Donald as editor, to replace the departing Julie Lyons. Donald is a lawyer, magistrate, former senior editor of D Magazine, and brother of Texas Senator Florence Shapiro.
