Two suspected of robbing three homeowners in Plano lead police on chase into Dallas
Two people suspected of robbing on three homeowners in Plano at gunpoint led police on a chase that ended near US 67 and Camp Wisdom Road in Dallas.
The first robbery happened at 6:44 a.m. in the 3100 block of Timber Brook Drive in northeast Plano. A second robbery occurred at 7:15 a.m. in the 800 block of Harvest Glenn Drive. A third happened in the 1600 block of Commerce Drive in west Plano. In all three robberies, the homeowners were approached by two assailants and robbed at gun point. The police finally pulled over a vehicle fitting the description at West Park and Alma Drive. The car took off and led a pursuit down 75, dumping belongings on the road, before it finally ended when the suspects -- a black male and female -- pulled into an apartment complex near US 67 and Camp Wisdom Road.
