Driver charged with manslaughter in alcohol-connected North Dallas accident
At about 2 a.m. on Monday (Dec. 31), police responded to an accident on Central Expressway at Northwest Highway in which a car collided with a motorcycle, resulting in the death of the motorcyclist. The driver of the car involved in the collision was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
