Local mini-chain Greenz introduces new soups for winter
Greenz, the fast-casual chain-let that once focused exclusively on salads, is getting into soups by debuting two new soups, a soup sampler trio, and a "cup for a buck" promotion.
The two new soups are spicy Chicken Enchilada and hearty Turkey Chili, joining a soup menu that includes Harvest Pear & Pumpkin, Ancho Tortilla, creamy Asparagus, Pesto, and Jack Cheese & Chicken.
A soup sampler trio costs $6.95 and includes bread. Add a cup of soup to an entrée salad or wrap for $1.
The soup thing goes through February at all three locations: Uptown, Addison Circle, and Preston Forest.

I'm becoming a bit of a soupaholic. Soups are a great way to get a good, cheap lunch. Soup trio sounds like a great idea, depending on the portion size.

Perfect for these nippy winter days. I have a location here in Addison Circle that I've never tried. Guess I need to stop in.
