City of Wylie names Corbin as new fire chief
Thirty-one applied, three were singled out, and now one has been chosen.
57-year-old Randy Corbin, who served as Lewisville's Fire Chief from 1984 to 1999, has now been officially selected to serve in the same position for the City of Wylie.
“It is hard for me to express how honored I am," says Corbin via the city's press release "I have been impressed with the quality and professionalism of the fire department, as well as every dimension of the City I have encountered. The future here is bright, and I am blessed to be able to be a part of it.”
