Dallas to help Nairobi fight crime
Turning to the city with the highest crime rate among large U.S. cities for eight straight years is where you'd want to get advice, yes?
"Dallas has had the highest crime rate among large U.S. cities for eight straight years," reports the DMN, which means the city is where you want to turn to learn to fight crime, right? Right.
"We are exploring ways of dealing with criminals in our city that is why the Dallas proposal is very exciting," says Dick Wathika, mayor of Nairobi.
