Plano-based Cinemark going public
PLANO As reported by the wire service, it appears Cinemark is ready to try going public once again. Their first attempt, in 2002, was eventually dropped, and Cinemark was purchased by a Chicago firm.
The company had lost millions in 2004 and 2005, but seemed to be on the rebound for 2006. Full 2006 revenues have not yet been released.
