Is this the Deep Ellum of tomorrow?

DEEP ELLUM — There's an unauthenticated, but too-detailed-to-be-a-total-fake artists rendering of plans for the Deep Ellum "urban neighborhood" making the rounds.

There's no design firm's signature on it, so I'm betting it's an in-progress proposal piece. Still, fun to look at, especially if you squint and say "huh?"
