The Fort Worth Water Gardens will fully reopen on Sunday for the first time since four visitors drowned in 2004. A judge threw out a lawsuit against the architects, contractors and a private foundation earlier this month after he ruled that the incident was simply a tragic accident.
UPDATE: The Water Gardens reopened yesterday with a big dedication ceremony for the four people that drowned back in 2004.

Jessica : A friend of mine went on carousel. Now he's gone.
Logan: Yes, well, I'm sure he was renewed.
Jessica: He was killed.
A lot of this movie could be a Neil Hamburger routine. What do you get when you cross Logan 5 with a saber-toothed tiger? HWWWOOLAHH - Hell if I know, but you better keep it away from your ass.
I'm proud to say I bought this sci-fi classic for less than $6 at Wal-Mart many years ago.
