My new favorite is the green chili cheese burger on a jalapeno bun at Chimy's in Fort Worth. It's the best this side of Mannie's in San Anto
I asked what a Steakburger is and the friendly staff stated "it is a very high grade of lean beef that is hand-crafted" thin on the edges and thicker in the middle. This makes for carmelization on the edges and a juicy center. The Hawaiian is a must eat on the custard menu. I will definitely be bringing my friends!
