The Denton-Record Chronicle reports that more Fry Street businesses including The Tomato, Bagheri’s Italian Restaurant, and others have received eviction notices from developer United Equities Inc. that will force them to vacate by January 31st. I can hear the sobs and moans in Denton from here. I suggest a pegasusnews.com sponsored "last call" party to to soothe the tortured souls. Bring back Billygoat, Ten Hands, the New Bohemians and Brave Combo for one last show. Course of Empire and Tripping Daisy on the second stage. Free acid for everybody.

Not a bad idea twisteddog. Set it up and I'll be there. I'll probably pass on the acid, however.

I do know that some of my friends and I will be giving Fry street our own little send-off this Saturday. I'll miss that place. Not only some great bars and places to eat, but a prime destination for getting tattoos! Oh the memories.
