Ferguson Road Initiative annual meeting and celebration of bond victory to be held Monday night

Ferguson Road Initiative Annual Meeting and Election of Officers

  • When: Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, 6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
  • Where: White Rock Church of Christ, 9220 Ferguson Road, Dallas
  • Cost: Free
  • Age limit: All ages

WHITE ROCK HILLS — The Ferguson Road Initiative is holding its annual meeting on Monday at the White Rock Church of Christ. Before the meeting, there will be a celebration of the passage of the 2006 bond package, which will bring a number of key projects to the area. Light refreshments will be served.

The business part of the meeting will focus on the location of the planned library and recreation center. There will also be a steering committee meeting after the main discussion to elect 2007 officers and to approve the 2 Points Weed and Seed budget.

Mike lives in the White Rock Hills neighborhood and is a member of the Ferguson Road Initiative.
