Hillcrest High School student makes Eagle Scout
James Edward Delaney has achieved the Boy Scouts' highest rank.
Eighteen-year-old James Edward Delaney, a senior at the Hillcrest High School has earned the distinction of Eagle Scout. Becoming an Eagle Scout is the highest honor one can achieve as part of the Boy Scouts of America.
