In case you don't know what applying proprietary Process Value ManagementSM (“PVM”) methodology to the SEALs’ accession and initial training process means, here's further clarification from Thomas Group:
"As change management and process improvement knowledge leaders, we integrate and deploy the most relevant improvement methods and tools under the Process Value ManagementSM umbrella. Our perceptive executives listen carefully, and then translate client problems into workable solutions. We work personally and directly with client leadership to deliver cultural and process-based solutions that achieve exceptional operating results. We help clients to implement and go fast. We do not write reports telling you how to get results but we jointly implement."
Hope that - ah - helps.
