Dallas woman arrested for impersonating a police officer
Jennifer McGowan has been arrested for impersonating a Dallas police officer. According to reports, McGowen would flash her car lights at passing drivers and get them to pull over. She would then pretend to be an officer and write them a ticket. However, in a brilliant criminal twist, McGowen would then tell the drivers that if they paid their fine on the spot they could avoid court costs. If only she hadn't been caught, it would have been the perfect crime.
